About FACT

FACT Corporation is a publicly traded corporation. We are listed on the U.S. Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the trading symbol FCTOA. The company operates in the functional foods industry through its wholly owned subsidiary, Food and Culinary Technology Group Inc. (‘FACT’), acquired in November 2001 and based in Neptune, NJ. FACT is a science-based food company that creates unique premixes for the bakery industry.  Products manufactured using our premixes form part of the functional foods category. Our products have been specially designed to support consumers interested in a healthy lifestyle. FACT’s end-consumer core market consists of consumers with specific health concerns, such as weight loss and digestive health, and those with special dietary needs such as diabetics and individuals with high-cholesterol. This represents well over half of the population of the United States.

Products + Benefits
Our existing lines of commercial and retail functional premixes offer numerous health benefits. These include no added sugar/sugar-free, reduced refined carbohydrates, high prebiotic-rich fiber, no cholesterol and low sodium. They are suitable for virtually all diet and health conditions. Our premixes serve as the “core” element for commercial food products ranging from breads, bagels, pastas, and pizza crusts to sweet baked goods such as cookies, brownies, cakes, donuts and muffins. All premixes are proprietary, and are the product of extensive development.

The appeal of our premixes hinges on their food sciences quotient – the optimal combination of cutting-edge, healthful, FDA-approved ingredients and taste, mouth-feel and all of the subjective things that make food delicious. Most companies that focus on promoting the healthfulness of their products spend far more on marketing those products than on product development, if anything at all. Given that each year the American consumer becomes more aware of how foods they eat impacts their health, such products will not stand up to close scrutiny in the long-term.  FACT strives to seek out new ingredients offering substantial, functional, health benefits as the building blocks for all of its proprietary formulations.
